Tournament is played with the bracket for 128 players, with double elimination.
Each match is in format best of 1, until 1 win in mission.
In case of a draw in the battle, both players receive technical defeat and leave the tournament.
Players compete in the air duel mission where rounds are generated automatically.
Match is played until one player wins in 2 rounds.
Player wins the round after successful cap of the air zone.
After each round, player who was defeated loses 1000 points for the round.
In case of a draw in the round, the score does not change and new round is generated.
IMPORTANT! After you win or lose the battle and the zone is capped, DO NOT press the “Return to hangar” button!
Please wait until the server gives you the message of the start of the next round.
The mission will move you back to the vehicle selection screen automatically.
On the vehicle selection screen you cannot change the vehicle that you used in the previous round! You can change the ammunition belts, amount of fuel and weapon convergence.
After modifying your vehicle, you can press the “to Battle” button and continue the match.
IMPORTANT! For selecting the load of your aircraft, you will have 60 seconds.
Be sure to check your position in the flight zone - if you leave the zone, your aircraft will explode. If you climb over 5000 meters, your opponent will cap the zone if you continue climbing.
Time limit - 20 minutes
Round tour according to tournament bracket.
In order to participate, the player needs to register his team on the website.
After registering the team, the player has to confirm the participation of the team before the tournament starts.
- 1st place - 500 GE + 7 days premium + title "Duelist 1v1"
- 2nd place - 300 GE + 3 days premium + 50% booster RP and SL
- 3rd place - 200 GE + 50% booster RP and SL
- 4-8th place - 50% booster RP and SL

The cap zone is shown on the map and has the height limit of 5000 meters.
Gun timer in each round is set to 35 seconds.

Team name must not violate the rules of the Forum or EULA (end user licence agreement) of the game.
In the case of violation of these rules, the organizers can deny the team the right to participate in the tournament.
In order to start the session, players from both teams need to confirm their ready status by pressing the “Ready” button.
Each player who participates, by registering confirms to follow these rules:

In case that opponent hasn’t shown up during 5 minutes after the session started, the player who is in the lobby should get ready for the session start and wait until the server announces victory. Even if opponent does not show up for 1 battle (session), player who is present has to join the next sessions by the schedule. Only after this will the server announce victory in all battles in the ongoing match and move the team forward in the bracket.
If both players do not show up or do not press ready when the time comes for start of the battle - they will both lose and be disqualified from the tournament!
In case that players get disconnected, the match continues. There are no restarts. Restart can only happen if the game servers are down.
Changing the players is possible between the battles (sessions) in the match.
Attention! In the session lobby the standard rules apply to chat.
Swearing and non-sportsmanship behaviour is forbidden.
Use of foul language in the chat.
Disrespectful, unsportsmanlike behavior. (Public abuse of tournament players, arbiters, Gaijin Entertainment employees).
Use of 3rd party modifications of the game client which give advantage in the battle.
Registering for the tournament and not showing up for more than 3 tournaments in the row.
In the case of breaking these rules, the organizers can remove or ban the team or player from participating in the tournaments of the War Thunder game.
